Simeon Iheagwam is the Founder and Managing Partner of NOEMIS Ventures, where he leads all aspects of investment strategy and fund management. Simeon brings differentiated experience through the framework he created to assess companies and perspective in advising early stage companies across a range of sectors spanning Fintech, Marketplaces and AI/ML.

Prior to NOEMIS Ventures, Simeon brings 10+ years of experience in financial services. Simeon was an Investment Banker at Wells Fargo where he was involved with leveraged debt capital raising for large corporations. Prior to his transition to investment banking, Simeon was a Corporate Finance Senior Associate at JP Morgan where he performed various Financial Planning & Analysis functions. Simeon received his B.S. in Business Management & Finance from Brooklyn College and a MBA from Cornell University, where he was awarded the Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow full academic scholarship.
